Polaris Aero Integrates IS-BAO Standards and Protocols into VOCUS

Polaris Aero, an International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) Program Support Affiliate (PSA), announces a significant enhancement to its VOCUS safety management system. The company has formally integrated IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations) standards and protocols directly into the platform, providing operators with a seamless solution for audit tracking and standard conformity management.

The integration contributes to operational efficiency for business-aviation flight operations. By embedding IS-BAO standards within the VOCUS framework, operators can centralize their audit preparation, internal evaluation, and reporting processes.

“Audits are valuable exercises that provide crucial and impartial feedback to business-aviation operators,” says Madeline Young, VP of Product, from Polaris Aero. “At Polaris, we are always looking for ways to streamline processes, and we are excited to be working with IS-BAO to provide these efficiencies to our mutual clients.”

The collaboration reflects a deepening of the long-standing relationship between Polaris Aero and IBAC, aimed at empowering operators to maintain the highest levels of safety and professional standards.

Andrew Karas, IS-BAO Program Director, welcomes the development, noting, “We have been working with Polaris Aero for many years and appreciate their PSA participation and support of the IS-BAO community. We are always inspired by the advancements that continue to enhance the IS-BAO experience for registered operators, and we thank Polaris for this advancement.”

The new functionality is available immediately to IS-BAO operators who are VOCUS users, offering a more intuitive path to achieving and maintaining IS-BAO registration.
