Representatives of the Progressive Air Group and Brant Aero announce that Progressive Air Group has finalized its acquisition of Brantford, Ontario-based Brant Aero. ExxonMobil announces that Mobil JetTM Oil 387, a synthetic high performance capability (HPC) turbine engine oil, is now approved for use in Rolls-Royce’s popular Trent 700, Trent 800, RB211-524 (B, C, D, G, and H series), and RB211-535 (C and E4 series) engines.
These engines power some of the world’s most widely used aircraft, including a number of Boeing and Airbus variants. Building on previous approvals for the Rolls-Royce Trent 1000, Trent 900 and Trent XWB engines, Mobil Jet Oil 387 is now approved for use in the majority of Rolls-Royce’s large civil aircraft engines.
