Gulfstream CMP Aircraft Maintenance Analyst Joins Traxxall Technologies

Traxxall Technologies, a provider of aircraft maintenance tracking systems, announces the appointment of Frank Neal as maintenance analyst.

Neal will focus on the growing number of Gulfstream operators who have adopted Traxxall to fulfill their maintenance tracking needs. Leveraging his knowledge of the aircraft, Neal's objective is to help increase and accelerate the migration of Gulfstream operators towards Traxxall.

“We are very pleased to welcome Frank to the Traxxall team,” says Mark Steinbeck, president, Traxxall. “The depth and breadth of Frank’s aircraft maintenance expertise is truly exceptional, and his skillset fits perfectly with our strategy. We have enjoyed tremendous growth in the last 18 months as we have expanded our team and increased our number of customers worldwide. It is a real validation to know that we are attracting the best talent in the business. We are confident that our clients will benefit directly from Frank’s considerable experience – particularly with Gulfstream aircraft.”

Prior to joining the Traxxall team, Frank was an analyst with Gulfstream CMP where he was responsible for more than 90 Gulfstream aircraft, ranging from the legacy Astra to the top-of-the-line G650. Previously, he was a senior compliance specialist at Avtrak where he developed expertise in the maintenance tracking of commercial aircraft. Earlier in his career, Neal was a maintenance mechanic with Flight Options, the second largest Part 135 private aviation company in the U.S. Frank started his career working for Part 121 carriers, including Midway and Continental. He holds an associate degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, FL.

“The decision to join Traxxall was easy to make for at least two reasons,” says Neal. “First, the product and underlying technology is excellent. It is easy to see why customers appreciate its benefits. Second, the Traxxall team is exceptional. The amount of in-house experience and expertise is remarkable. In short, it’s a superior product created and supported by an impressive team. For me, it all added up to a great career opportunity.”
