West Star Aviation Announces Scott McDonald as East South Central Regional Sales Manager
West Star Aviation announces Scott McDonald as its East South Central regional sales manager. As an RSM for West Star Aviation, McDonald will be responsible for sales activities for West Star's Southern territory, including South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and western Tennessee.
McDonald began his 26-year career in aviation with Epps Aviation in Atlanta, GA, as an airframe and powerplant technician, a roll he continued at Cessna Citation Service Center in Kansas. In 1997, Scott moved to Gulfstream Aerospace where he worked a variety of roles within the organization. When McDonald left the company in 2012, he was the director of East Coast sales. His continued success led to vice president and director level positions in sales from 2012-2016 with various leading aviation companies including West Star Aviation and Guardian Jet. In his most recent position, McDonald was managing partner for Aviation Consulting Partners, LLC, where he represented customers for new/pre-owned aircraft purchases.
