StandardAero Signs GE OnPoint CF34 Engine MRO Service Agreement for Challenger 601 Operators at NBAA-BACE
Executives from StandardAero and General Electric (GE) Aviation, at the annual NBAA-BACE event, sign a long-term partnership agreement to provide Bombardier Challenger 601 On-PointSM program operators with major CF34 hot section and overhaul MRO shop services within North America.
StandardAero and GE’s On-Point agreement supports CF34-1A, -3A, -3A2 and -3A1 engine models with mobile field services for on-wing hot section inspections, engine removal and installation services, and shop level MRO. StandardAero and General Electric are proud to offer OnPoint customers the most experienced and responsive mobile repair services in the industry. The partnership further strengthens the long-standing Standard Aero and GE relationship, provides access to a greater market of in-service engines and provides OnPoint operators an even greater flexibility in their maintenance needs.
Heavy maintenance for CF34 engines is provided at StandardAero’s Winnipeg, Canada, facility.
