Ryan Group Aviation Announces Publication of Free Business Aviation Marketing E-book

Ryan Group Aviation is publishing a free e-book, Business Aviation Marketing for the Next Ten Years, on its website, www.wrg-aviation.com. Authored by industry veterans Mark Ryan and Chris Pratt, the e-book discusses changes in the business aviation marketplace since the Great Recession of 2008-2009 and the effect of those changes going forward.

“We believe some of the market changes that have occurred since the Great Recession are not only significant but permanent in nature,” says Ryan. “Furthermore, we’re convinced that some in the industry have not yet adjusted their marketing to address these changes.”

By publishing the e-book, Ryan Group Aviation hopes to provide industry marketers a useful guide for reviewing their current marketing thinking and evaluating any changes that may need to be made.

“In the e-book, we offer insights and suggestions for marketers to evaluate the current state of the market and whether their strategy, branding and communications messaging is in sync with today’s market realities,” says Pratt. “For example, those who continue to refer to the market 'peak' of 2008 as their performance standard need to do some serious readjustment. We strongly believe the peak was a market anomaly and will not be repeated for at least another ten years.”

The e-book addresses such critical market drivers as aircraft financing, used-aircraft inventories and pricing, aircraft utilization, currency exchange rates, and the challenges brought about by the increasingly global nature of business aviation.

“The e-book is free and available on our website at wrg-aviation.com,” says Ryan. “We have published the first six chapters and continue to add new material on a regular basis. Once the book is finished, we plan to make hard copies available.”
