RBR Maintenance Adds Challenger Program to Line of Service Capabilities at DAL

RBR Maintenance, Inc., announces the addition of a Challenger maintenance program at its Dallas Love Field facility in Dallas, TX. The new program will focus on routine scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of Challenger 601, 604 and 605 models initially, with planned expansion into the 300 series.

As a Certified Part 145 Repair Station, RBR is FAA-approved to provide engine, APU and general airframe maintenance support as well as all Chapter 5 inspections on Challenger 601, 604 and 605 aircraft up to and including 192-month inspections. Additionally, RBR is well positioned to expand its capabilities to Challenger operators as the company has on-site, ground-support equipment and tooling for quick dispatch to local and US-based operators.

RBR's new Challenger Program will be headed by Challenger veteran, Paul Castleberry. Castleberry brings a wealth of Challenger-specific knowledge and experience to RBR customers, gathered throughout his 24-year career. Most recently, Castleberry held the position of director of maintenance for Jayhawk, Inc., an operator of multiple Challengers. He will be responsible for the management, scheduling and delivery of all Challenger maintenance work and inspection projects for RBR Maintenance.

"The addition of a formal Challenger maintenance program at RBR is a natural progression for us. It allows RBR to deliver an unprecedented level of service and responsiveness to Challenger operators not found at large, impersonal shops. We are excited to welcome Paul and this new group of operators to the RBR family," says James Noe, president, RBR Maintenance.

With over 30 years of experience in the aviation industry, RBR Maintenance, Inc., is a Certified FAR-145 Repair Station, offering complete maintenance, inspection, avionics installation and repair, structural repair and modification, as well as parts services for Hawker, Citation, Falcon, Gulfstream and now Challenger aircraft. Conveniently located at Dallas Love Field, RBR’s facility is equipped with the latest technology, equipment and the most highly trained technicians in the business.
