Mike Warburton Joins ALOFT AeroArchitects as Vice President, Strategic Sales/Technology Integration

ALOFT AeroArchitects (NBAA Booth #2031) announces that aviation industry veteran Mike Warburton has joined the company as its new vice president of Strategic Sales/Technology Integration.

“We are extremely happy to have Mike join our growing sales and business development team,” says John Eichten, ALOFT’s senior vice president, Sales and Marketing. “Mike’s deep and highly diverse background in engineering leadership, strategy development and implementation/execution of technologically integrated aerospace and defense client solutions will further assist in the growth of our engineering and ODA revenue channel.”

“This position fits my expertise as well as my personality,” Warburton says. “It will be focused on development and execution of strategic 'Functional Excellence Partnerships,' promoting rapid response to client needs as well as rapid growth of technology core competencies across the full value stream within A&D—something I’ve done for the past 35 years.”

Warburton adds, “Our business model is completely unlike anything that exists out there in the A&D tiered-staffing supplier base. We are offering an innovative construct to our client partners—more so than just a 'simple' staffing-provider business model. We offer a dedicated partnership which will enhance program engineering teams, functional engineering teams, as well as deeply rooted R&D/technology teams. We will provide a strict engineering talent pipeline which current suppliers do not offer, positioned around core competencies and geographic talent centers aligned with client needs.”
