First Aviation Services Inc. Announces Promotions in Support of Continued Growth

First Aviation Services Inc. announces several promotions in support of the company’s continued growth. All changes are made with immediate application.

Joshua Krotec, previously senior vice president of First Aviation Services, will assume the additional responsibilities of executive director, managing the company’s strategic direction and acquisitions.

Paul Bolton, previously the company’s chief operating officer, will assume the additional responsibilities of president of First Aviation Services, with all general managers and director of engineering being direct reports.

Maria Breton, previously First Aviation’s finance director, has been promoted to chief financial officer with all subsidiary controllers being direct reports.

“We’re very fortunate to have such a strong leadership team in our company," Aaron Hollander, chairman of First Aviation Services, says. "The announcement today is both a recognition of the tremendous contribution of these individuals and to best position the company for continued growth.”

This management team has recently integrated several acquisitions to provide a comprehensive and technically focused plan for growth in its core segments of military, corporate and regional aircraft.
