Comlux the Aviation Group

Comlux the Aviation Group announces that its VIP airline division, Fly Comlux, has signed an aircraft management contract with Crystal AirCruises for the operation of its future Boeing B777-200LR VIP.

Crystal AirCruises is the new division of Crystal Cruises, a company part of the Genting Group. The Boeing B777-200LR VIP is today in its completion phase in the US and is scheduled to enter into service in 2017. Comlux will operate the aircraft on its Aruba commercial AOC on behalf of Crystal AirCruises. The B777-200LR VIP will fly Crystal AirCruises' customers on high-end, exclusive, luxury tours around the world.

With this new entry in its fleet, Fly Comlux consolidates its position as one of the leaders in the management of wide-body ultra-large cabin and long-range aircraft. With the Boeing B767-200ER VIP, which Comlux has operated since 2011, and the ACJ330, which is currently in the completion phase in Comlux America facilities, Comlux adds a third aircraft model to its wide-body fleet.

Edie Rodriguez, president and CEO of Crystal Cruises, says, “Crystal AirCruises is a complement to the plethora of options Crystal is providing today’s global luxury travel. As we bring cruising to the skies, our guests can expect the highest quality of aviation service with Comlux.”

Richard Gaona, chairman and CEO of Comlux, says, “We are extremely proud to have been selected by Crystal AirCruises for the operations of their B777-200LR VIP. We are fully committed to provide the best service to Crystal AirCruises and their VIP customers. Our operational teams are already working together with their counterparts at Crystal AirCruises, in order to prepare for the first Crystal AirCruises flight in 2017. This is a new, exciting program for Comlux, and I am fully convinced we will provide an outstanding customized service to Crystal AirCruises and their high-end passengers.”
