STS Aviation Group Makes the Cut on 2013 Inc. Hire Power Award List of Honorees

The STS Aviation Group, a conglomeration of aviation solutions companies, announces its achievement of winning the 2013 Inc. Hire Power Award. This award recognizes private companies that are leading the way in creating American jobs. Now in their second year, the Hire Power Awards have already garnered much attention, shining a national spotlight on the crucial role private businesses play in creating jobs and bolstering the country’s economic vitality.

The award was officially announced on October 24, 2013, ranking STS Aviation Group #5 of the Top 10 Logistics & Transportation Companies category and #6 of the Top 10 Florida Companies category; #76 nationally. The methodology that determines the Honorees calculates the number of jobs that were added in the past 18 months, and overall company growth. STS created 174 new jobs putting them at a 3-year growth rate of 195%; an outstanding benchmark for the company. Among this impressive catalogue of companies who were also selected to receive the Hire Power award, are names such as Flying Food Group and Heartland Dental Care, who, combined with the rest of the 100 Honorees, created a number of jobs in the U.S.; 51,327 in 18 months, to be exact.
