SECURAPLANE AIRCRAFT BATTERY

Securaplane aircraft batteries contain pure, lead-tin plates in the thin main current carrying structures, which allow each cell to hold more plates. This results in a high discharge rate and recharge capacity. The batteries can save you money over a decade when compared with comparable sealed lead-acid batteries. They take about one hour to install and Duncan Aviation was the first approved Securaplane Battery Shop in the United States.

• 50 percent more cranking amps than equivalent-rated aviation batteries at -40° C/F.

• True, no-maintenance battery.

• Recovers from deep discharge and has exceptional charge retention.

• High recharge capacity and discharge rate.

• Battery block replacement is significantly less than a new battery.

• Batteries and reblocking kits ship fully charged and ready to install.

AvFab King Air 350 and Beechjet Armrest Repair

AvFab has developed an exclusive armrest repair process for the King Air 350 (FL-1 to FL289) and Beechjet (RK-1 to RK-109) as an alternative to costly replacement. All units are repaired under its CRS and returned with proper 8130-3 documentation.

The repair is a fraction of the cost of replacement and actually strengthens the unit compared to original. The process includes installation of stronger bracket and rod in place of the original tube. Armrests can be removed and sent to AvFab for repair and typical turn times are three days for one armrest and five days for a shipset.
