This compact portable lithium-ion starting unit from StartPac is a full 28vDC battery pack and will provide starts on all electrically-started turbine engines. It has dual, redundant chargers with a total of seven amps output and a recharge time of approximately four hours. This 46-pound unit is designed for engine starting only and has a 2,400-amp peak current.

These batteries have twice the cycle life as the lead-acid batteries but have no sulfation issues.
