Duncan Aviation Opens New Engine Rapid Response Location in Fort Worth, TX

Duncan Aviation has officially opened its ninth AOG engine Rapid Reponse location, this one within the Trimec Aviation facility on Meacham International Airport in Fort Worth, TX.

For many years, Duncan Aviation’s Engine Rapid Response team, based at the Addison, TX, airport, has been working closely with Trimec providing engine R&Rs and routine engine maintenance and inspections in their facility. To better support Trimec’s growing customer base, Duncan Aviation now has a Rapid Response engine technician based on-site at Meacham International Airport inside of Trimec Aviation’s new 30,000-square-foot facility. That technician is Eric Hanson, who has been part of the Duncan Aviation engine team since 2004.

According to Travis Todd, Duncan Aviation’s Dallas Rapid Response team leader, establishing a Duncan Aviation presence on location in the Trimec facility was the right move. “For several years, we’ve sent a technician to Trimec at least twice a week supporting their customers and getting to know other operators on the airport. It just made sense to partner with them and take our support to the next level. Eric Hanson has a nice mix of engine line and rapid response experience and is a well-rounded and versatile engine technician.”
