Dallas Airmotive Releases MyTurbine App

Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation company, announces the release of MyTurbine, a mobile app designed to connect the customer with Dallas Airmotive on the go. The icons allow for quick navigation to the services most used by customers. Users can connect with the F1RST SUPPORT global customer support center with one click and check cost estimates or completion dates on engines in process. Users can also find service locations, contact sales representatives to receive a quote, and access Dallas Airmotive’s aircraft engine APU cross-reference guide.

“Our goal is to make it easy for customers to do business with us,” says Douglas Meador, Dallas Airmotive president. “This new app will give operators an easy to use and convenient method for contacting us no matter where they are or the time of day. The app helps strengthen our customer relationships and deliver the value aircraft operators are increasingly seeking.”

MyTurbine is compatible with iPhone and Android devices and is available for download at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
