CUTTER AVIATION NAMES SHELBEY HOOKER CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER FOR HONDAJET SOUTHWEST

HondaJet Southwest announces the appointment of Shelbey Hooker to the position of Customer Relationship Manager. This is a newly created position designed to support the early believers who have purchased a new HondaJet Aircraft. This position will be customers’ “Point of Contact” for any post-sale maintenance issues and then be responsible for managing and coordinating action plans with service centers until resolution. This service work will mainly take place at the Authorized Service Centers at Cutter Aviation locations.

 “This position is a key facet of our goal to ensure our customers have the “best-in-class” aircraft ownership experience,” says Will Cutter, President of HondaJet Southwest. Cutter further says, “We are thrilled to appoint Shelbey to this position. She brings a wealth of experience to the table and I’m confident she will do an outstanding job.”

Hooker is a single-engine Commercial/Instrument rated pilot and has also obtained her private pilot helicopter rating. In addition, she has spent several years flying Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) for the U.S. Military.

Hooker received her BS degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle University. Her most recent position with Cutter was Manager of Aircraft Services Administration.
