Applied Composites Engineering (ACE) Introduces Two-Tiered Radome Warranty

Applied Composites Engineering (ACE) announces an industry-first, two-year transferable warranty on all fully-overhauled or repaired commercial and business jet radomes.
ACE is now offering a two-tiered radome warranty program. The 2-year Platinum level warranty will be included as part of a fully-overhauled radome repair. The 2-year Gold level warranty will be included as part of a damage-specific radome repair. Both levels will be fully-transferable in the event of an aircraft sale during the warranty period, and will include one transmissivity test during the warranty period at no additional charge.

“This enhanced warranty program marks a significant differentiation in the radome repair industry, and underscores the confidence ACE possesses in its testing, repair, paint, finish and final transmissivity test results,” says President and Founder of ACE, Leigh Sargent.

ACE has made significant investments in a state of the art transmissivity testing chamber, paint and finish booths, an ever-increasing inventory of loaner radomes, and guaranteed 24 hour transmissivity testing, resulting in faster turnaround times (TAT), in keeping with ACE’s motto of “RIGHT & ON TIME.”
