AAT Completes Major Inspection Package on a Gulfstream IV

AAT Aircraft Maintenance, a certified, FAA-approved Part 145 repair station, announces it recently completed a major inspection package on a Gulfstream IV at its Arlington, TX, (GKY) facility.

The airframe work included the 5000 landing structural inspection—the second 5000 landing inspection in as many months for the company—along with 12-, 24-, 36- and 72-month inspections, plus a 10,000-hour inspection. Landing gears and thrust reversers on both aircraft were overhauled using local repair facilities. Engines were removed and reinstalled for mid-life inspections, and a new Gogo ATG-5000 system was installed while the inspection was in process. The interior was also cleaned up and new carpet installed.
