West Star Aviation announces Josh Perkins as the new director of quality control for its Enterprise segment. Perkins will oversee the four main full-service facilities in East Alton, IL (ALN); Grand Junction, CO (GJT); Chattanooga, TN (CHA); and Perryville, MO (PCD), being based at the GJT location.
