UH-60 Aircraft Mechanic- Responsibilities: Removes and installs aircraft subsystem assemblies and components such as engines, rotors, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Services and lubricates aircraft and subsystems. Safely prepares aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks and services.

BASIC FUNCTION SUMMARY

  • Responsible for the management of all Quality Assurance Programs from PMO; ensures maintenance performance is according to PAE, FAA, and DoD standards and Technical Orders as appropriate.
  • May be designated as Chief Inspector.
  • Reports directly to the Site Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Experience: Minimum 5 years in avionics Full time: yes (40 hrs week)The Gary Jet Center is looking for an Avionics Technician with GA and/or corporate jet experience. Duties would include installations, Pitot/Static Certifications, troubleshooting and repair of avionics systems on GA and Corporate Jets. Willingness to learn, attention to detail and a good professional attitude are required.

Experience: Minimum 3 yearsFull time: yes (40 hours week)The Gary Jet Center is looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude to maintain aircraft ranging from general aviation to corporate. Experience preferred but not required on any of the following: Beechjet 400A, Cessna 510, CJ1 thru CJ4, 560XLS, Cessna 680+.

Perform repair engineering duties on the CH-47D/F aircraft and its associated sub-systems and provide effective system and flight engineer training to less experienced flight engineers in all flight regimes in accordance with relevant Government regulations and manuals.
