Job Description:The Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic needs to be proficient in mechanical stripping of paint materials on aircraft panels and surfaces; corrosion repair and mitigation of aircraft panels and structural components; modifications to and structural repair of aircraft panels and structural components.
The Avionics Install Technician installs, routes, terminates, troubleshoots, and repairs aircraft wiring and avionics systems using basic hand tools, specialized test equipment, and technical reference manuals to meet manufacturers' specifications, FARs, and industry standards.
- Document work performed per appropriate manuals including, but not limited to, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Structure Repair Manual (SRM), Engineering Drawings (EOrsquo;s) and Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)
- Inspect/repair parts as required.
