The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of configuration management and supplier quality. This position requires extensive experience in mechanical and electrical inspection.

  • Performs a variety of duties in the electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and/or optical areas.
  • Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, adjusts, tests, diagnoses, and maintains equipment, components, devices, or systems.
  • Works from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions.
  • Perform repetitive light mechanical tasks as an operator on a fast-paced, high-rate production line.
  • Work collaboratively with advanced robotics and automation, using specialized tooling and fixturing in the manufacture of electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies.

F-16 production structural component build-up to include- Precision Drilling, Countersinking, Reaming, and installing various fasteners (rivets, Hi-loks, and Huck Bolts) all work is completed in accordance with engineering drawings, or technical references.
WORK HOURS:

  • Uses microscope to verify correct part placement and orientation, manually align parts before soldering and perform post re-flow inspection and touch-up.
