Richard Escobar 214-206-9693 rescobar@pdstech.com Description:The Assembly Tech I, disassembles, cleans, and assembles aircraft wheels, brakes, batteries and/or hose assemblies to product specifications and uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units..Receives and prioritizes orders; reserves materials; assembles product. Creates and closes work orders; answers calls; assists other technicians as needed. Order entry into system; updates as needed. Prepares and ships materials (hazardous and/or non-hazardous).Completes special projects and other duties as assigned.The Wheel and Brake Tech is responsible to perform technical maintenance functions of aircraft wheel and brakes and duties in accordance with current approved manufacturers technical data, cognizant regulatory agencies, and air carrier engineering orders and technical bulletins as directed. This position is an FAA Safety Sensitive position and is subject to the FAA Random Drug and Alcohol Testing program.

Requirements: 

THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY WILL INCLUDE Assembly of wheel and brakes. REPAIRS OF AIRCRAFT COMPONENTS WHILE MAINTAINING STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH FAA AND AIRLINE REQUIREMENTS. SERVICING/REPAIRS WILL ALSO INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO assembly of wheel and brakes. PDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
