Provides daily oversight of all functional and operational activities in maintenance control of aircraft, and assists the Senior Maintenance Manager with daily operations. The maintenance controller assists in the operations of the maintenance departments per the COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2B CH-1. Defines and assigns responsibilities by shift, functions, and operations per directives.
SUMMARY The incumbent is responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and inspecting aircraft to ensure airworthiness. Operates ground support equipment and flight line vehicles.
