Pentagon is proud to announce that the expanded Pentagon PDA series is now available to our customers. The Pentagon PDA capability enables our customers to use Pentagon on a wireless PDA device to perform many of the tasks they normally would in the system. Now users will be able to accomplish much of their Pentagon related work from anywhere they can access the internet.
The PDA series now offers features that include Inventory Management, Sales, Purchasing, Financials and Operations, all of which update directly from their Pentagon system server. With this module and a mobile device you are no longer chained to your desk or required to carry an entire laptop or print extensive documents. You will always have the information you need in the palm of your hand, updated live from your Pentagon database. Your sales force will have the latest inventory figures at their fingertips and will be able to advise clients on order status, providing instant answers.
Pentagon PDA is compatible with the iPhone, and other smartphone, and PDA devices. Additionally, when utilizing this module to run physical inventory counts, the Pentagon PDA module will run on wireless barcode scanners for ease of use in a warehouse environment.
