Gradient Lens Corporation Acquires FRS Omega, Inc. Introduces new product offerings in flexible fiberoptic and video borescope visual inspection
Rochester, N.Y., June 18, 2009–Gradient Lens Corporation, of Rochester, N.Y., has acquired FRS-Omega, Incorporated, of Phelan California.
“The addition of FRS Omega’s exceptional line of flexible fiberoptic and video borescopes will allow us to provide the most comprehensive offerings of rigid and flexible borescopes that are made, sold, and serviced in the United States” said Gradient Lens Corporation president and chief scientist, Dr. Douglas Kindred. “We think combining these complimentary product offerings makes our new company the best value in the industry.”
