CORRIDOR® Software to Support Eclipse Revitalization

Proven Aviation Service Software Reinforces Eclipse’s “Customer First” Vision

Continuum Applied Technology® is pleased to announce an agreement to deploy Continuum’s CORRIDOR® Enterprise Plus software at Eclipse Aerospace.

Eclipse Aerospace acquired Eclipse Aviation earlier this year and with new ownership, management, and a new vision, has begun the process of “restarting” Eclipse.  To support their “Customer First” vision, Eclipse has chosen CORRIDOR® Software to automate its service centers.

“We wanted the best system for compliance, customer experience, and cost control”, said Eclipse Aerospace Senior Vice President & Chief Service Engineer, Cary Winter, formerly of North American Jet.  He continued, “We researched the latest software available, including the existing internal system, and selected CORRIDOR® as the clear choice.”

CORRIDOR® Enterprise Plus is a software application designed by aviation professionals to automate aviation service processes, from quoting and estimating, through shop floor execution, to cost accounting and invoicing.  CORRIDOR® has been running in repair stations, part 91, part 135, engine, components, and refurb facilities for 14 years.  It seamlessly automates work order management, compliance, inventory control, accounting integration, and much more.

Winter said, “After implementing CORRIDOR® at North American Jet we saw a dramatic and direct impact to our business’ bottom line and customer service levels.  At Eclipse, we are committed to creating a level of customer experience never before achieved.  CORRIDOR® has proven itself as an effective tool, and Continuum’s vast experience and solid business practices make CORRIDOR® the right choice to reinforce our new vision and viability.  Our industry is in a time when using tools that will simply work isn’t good enough.  We need highly effective tools that will make a direct bottom line impact on safety, customer service, and costs.”

Continuum President, Jack Demeis, commented, “We are excited that Eclipse has chosen CORRIDOR® as one of the key components of their renewal.  We developed CORRIDOR® to directly impact our customers, so they can offer the best service to theirs.  With their customer-centric vision and strong leadership, Eclipse is launching itself not only to become a revitalized company, but an innovative leader in our industry, and we look forward to supporting their success.”
