Metro Aviation launches eManWeb™ Technical Publications Management Solution

New York, USA (June 15, 2009) - AviIT, Inc. is pleased to announce that Metro Aviation has launched the Medivac industry’s first web-based technical publications management solution.

AviIT’s “eManWeb” makes available all Metro Aviation technical publications, OEM applications, ERP programs, electronic files, and other company maintenance documentation to all authorized users via the eManWeb portal.
“Very seldom does a product come along that has the potential to truly and substantially reduce work load, increase productivity and assure compliance with the Federal Aviation Regulations like the eManWeb,” says Milton K. Geltz, Managing Director Metro Aviation, Inc.

According to AviIT, eManWeb virtually eliminates the need for costly duplicate subscriptions and ensures complete revision management, audit capabilities, compliance tracking and version control. eManWeb also allows temporary access to 3rd. party vendors with safety and security. There are no licenses to purchase, no hardware to install, and no long-term commitments.

Vince Doherty, Vice-President of AviIT, Inc. says, ”We are pleased that Metro Aviation has taken an industry- leading role by launching the webbased version of the eMan solution. Metro Aviation is already realizing the benefits of eManWeb, which include substantial reduction in costs. We look forward to working with Metro Aviation to offer further innovative solutions moving forward” .
