HEATCON® COMPOSITE SYSTEMS ANNOUNCES TWO NEW PRODUCTS FOR THE COMPOSITE REPAIR INDUSTRY
Seattle, WA - HEATCON® Composite Systems, a composite repair solutions provider located in Seattle, WA, has just released two hot new products designed for the composite repair industry:
Our HCS8000 Series "Micro Bonder." is a portable unit designed to be used on the factory floor or to accomplish small localized repairs on in-service aircraft or other composite curing applications. This unit features an LCD Graphic Display, an Audible Alarm, 4 Key Operator Interface, and USB Data Connection while weighing in at a mere 2.3lbs.
For the helicopter industry - we are introducing our HCS2034 Series Blade Clamps. These are custom designed to be used on-location or localized “on-blade” rotorblade repairs that require a positive pressure application.
By having the ability to repair blades on the aircraft, the need for track and balance is greatly reduced, giving you additional labor and operation cost savings. The bladder assembly and/or padded base can be reversed for even greater possibilities. Custom configurations are available on both new products upon request.
