  • Oversee the restoration and maintenance of a fleet of classic USAF and Army Air Corps warbirds and trainers, including P-51 "Val-Halla" and Skyraider "Proud American."
  • Conduct strategic planning for maintenance flow.
  • Manage all staff and volunteer mechanics.
  • Coordinate with Museum staff to ensure proper museum function.
  • Employ leadership skills and training ability.
  • Manage and prepare all necessary FAA paperwork.
  • Ensure all scheduled inspections, AD's, and regular maintenance are completed at the necessary times.
  • Perform any scheduled or unscheduled repairs as needed.
  • Perform Ground operations such as fueling, towing, marshalling and wing walking.
  • Assist with Fly Days and airshows
Requirements: 
  • A P Certification required, IA preferred
  • 3 years experience minimum
  • Warbird experience desired
  • Veterans encouraged to apply
  • Tools preferred, not required
