Cutter Aviation Recognized by NAIOP for Industrial Build-to-Suit Project of the Year

Cutter Aviation announces that it has been recognized by the Best of NAIOP for Industrial Build-to-Suit Project of the Year. This accolade acknowledges Cutter Aviation’s achievement in developing its brand-new hangars at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport.

Cutter Aviation added three new aircraft hangars as well as a two-story office space to the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport using GCON, Inc., as the contractor. The expansion includes 60,000 square feet of aircraft storage and 3,700 square feet of office space, more than doubling the company's presence at the airport.
